Support coordination. That’s it. That’s the whole business.
DNG Supports does one thing: NDIS support coordination. No in-house therapy arm, no support work division, no pressure to pick “our” services. Just coordinators on your side.
New name, same people
DNG Supports is the new home of the support coordination team from My Disability Partner. Since 2021 our team has supported people living with disability and mental health challenges to live more independently, safely and confidently in their communities. Our participants keep the same coordinators and the same way of working. What’s changed is the name on the door, and a sharper focus: support coordination is now all we do.
A note from Danielle
I’ve worked in disability for 20 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never wanted to do anything else. Helping people through the tricky parts of life is not just my job, it’s the thing I care most about.
Over those years I learned what makes support coordination actually work. It’s not complicated. Answer the phone. Do what you said you’d do. Know the system inside out so the person you’re helping doesn’t have to. And never forget there’s a real life attached to every plan.
I started DNG Supports to do exactly that, with a team of coordinators I’d trust with my own family. That’s the whole business plan, honestly.
— Danielle Gadsby, Director
P.S. from the team: Danielle will never say this, so we will. She’s the one the hospitals, planners and guardians call when it’s complicated. You’re in very good hands.
Four things you can hold us to
Down to earth
Plain English, straight answers. If we don’t know something, we say so, then we find out.
On your side
We work for you, not for providers and not for the NDIA. Your goals set the direction.
Independent
We don’t deliver other services, so our recommendations have no strings attached.
Actually reachable
You’ll have your coordinator’s direct contact. Calls and messages get returned.
