Feedback and complaints
Feedback helps us do better, and you have every right to complain if something is not working. Complaining will never affect the quality of the support you get from us. That is a promise, and it is also the law.
Tell us
- Talk to your coordinator, if you are comfortable.
- Or email info@dngsupports.com.au and ask for your message to go to the Service Manager.
- You can have a family member, friend or advocate speak for you at any point, and you can complain anonymously if you prefer.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- We look into it properly, keep you informed, and work with you on a fair outcome. Most complaints are resolved within 21 days; if it takes longer, we tell you why.
- We keep a record, and we use what we learn to improve.
If you want to go further
You do not have to complain to us first, and you can go to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time:
- Phone: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines)
- Online: ndiscommission.gov.au
- The Commission accepts complaints in any language, through interpreters and through the National Relay Service.
Need an advocate?
An independent disability advocate can support you for free. Find one through the Disability Advocacy Finder at askizzy.org.au/disability-advocacy-finder.
